Cards

Card payments allow Payers to pay using credit or debit cards through Yugo's hosted checkout with 3D Secure support.

Authorization Flow

  1. The Payer is redirected to Yugo Checkout
  2. The Payer enters their card details on the secure hosted form
  3. If required, the Payer completes 3D Secure (3DS) authentication
  4. The card issuer authorizes the payment and returns the Payer to the Merchant

Dispute Behavior

Card payments are subject to chargebacks. Key details:

  • The dispute window is up to 120 days from the transaction date
  • When a dispute is raised, Yugo debits the transaction funds
  • For On-Ramp settlements, 90% of the crypto amount is released initially; the remaining 10% is held for 180 days as a chargeback reserve
  • The DISPUTED status applies to Card Payins
