Google Pay

Google Pay allows Payers to pay using their Google Pay wallet through Yugo's hosted checkout. The payment is processed via card networks.

Authorization Flow

  1. The Payer is redirected to Yugo Checkout
  2. The Payer sees the Google Pay button on the secure hosted form
  3. The Payer authorizes via Google Pay
  4. The card issuer authorizes the payment and returns the Payer to the Merchant

Dispute Behavior

Google Pay payments are processed via card networks and are subject to chargebacks. Key details:

  • The dispute window is up to 120 days from the transaction date
  • When a dispute is raised, Yugo debits the transaction funds
  • For On-Ramp settlements, 90% of the crypto amount is released initially; the remaining 10% is held for 180 days as a chargeback reserve
  • The DISPUTED status applies to Google Pay Payins
